Job Description
In a team of business analysts and application engineers you are expected to work as a developer, self-reliant, well organized and quick and keen to learn. Your work will include architectural and design decisions. You will be involved in all steps of the software development life cycle (communication with client, gathering business requirements, design, develop). You will work basicly in Bratislava, with opportunity to travel to London, in case it is required.
Previous experience in area of asset managment, risk finance, risk transfer is great advantage.
• Design and develop technical solution for business unit,
• Develop using JAVA, JDBC, Perl, Sybase and Oracle
• Design and develop components and services based on requirement analysis
• Deliver change request of varying size and complexity
• Develop and solve issues of varying size and complesity
Requirements
• University degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• Years of application development experience, mainly in field of finance and asset management
• Solid background in Java necessity
• Strong relational database experience (preferably with Sybase or Oracle).
• Excellent command of English with very good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Object- oriented analysis and programming, in SOA ,
• Interes in IT topics and tasks, interested in new trends and developments
