ak som im poslal spravu pripamo cez steampowered.com pride mi upozornenie na e-mail že mi nato odpovedali ?

Hello Max , Thank you for contacting Steam Support. The purchase of several titles and Team Fortress 2 Items with MasterCard ending in -7866 has been disputed. Your account has been locked due to the payment dispute. To unlock your account, you will need to contact your bank and have the bank withdraw the chargeback, cancel the dispute and return the funds to Steam for this purchase. As soon as the chargeback dispute is settled your account, and the disputed game, will automatically be reactivated. If your bank is unable to withdraw the chargeback, we will need them to fax an affidavit that clearly states that they are unable to withdraw the chargeback and more importantly that the chargeback was not due to the credit card being used fraudulently. Please have them fax it to 425-952-2788 Attn: Fraud Department. Make sure that your bank has included the phone number for their dispute department so that we can verify the statement with them. Please reference this ticket number, 7026-TUAK-9512 , on your cover letter. As soon as we can confirm this information with your bank, we will review the situation and try to get authorization to make an exception and reactivate the account even though the chargeback is still pending. We understand that this is an inconvenience, but we hope that you understand the logic of our actions. We appreciate your patience with this issue.

nastal problém s platbou pri tej mastercard platobnej karte a preto máš locknutý account... stačí čítať a vedieť po anglicky, všakže. daj si to niekomu celé preložiť, ja teraz nemám čas robiť na fóre ešte aj prekladateľa

Hello Peter, Dominic has passed your case along to me. The only way to recover the account will be to have the cardholder contact the bank, withdraw the chargeback and have the funds returned to Steam

V sprave je napisane, co robit, ak nebude mozne platbu uhradit...je tam aj cislo faxu, staci, ak im banka potvrdi, resp. vyvrati neuskotocnenie platby zdovodu zneuzitia, ukradnutia karty...problem citat?

Since this is not an option in your case, I will talk with my supervisor and see if we can make a one-time exception in your case. As soon as I have more information, I will let you know.
