Close all Explorer windows that are currently open.
Launch Task Manager using the CTRL+SHIFT+ESC key sequence, or by running taskmgr.exe.
In the Process tab, right-click on the explorer.exe process and select End Process.
Click the End process button when asked for confirmation.
From the File menu of Task Manager, select New Task (Run…)
Type CMD.EXE, and click OK
In the Command Prompt window, type the commands one by one and press ENTER after each command:

DEL IconCache.db /a
EXIT
In Task Manager, click File, select New Task (Run…)
Type EXPLORER.EXE, and click OK.

1. Run Registry Editor and go to- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{6C467336-8281-4E60-8204-430CED96822D}

2. Now rename or delete the sub key {6C467336-8281-4E60-8204-430CED96822D} I recommend to rename the sub key instead of deletion. For e.g. prefix backup. to sub key or backup.{6C467336-8281-4E60-8204-430CED96822D} it helps to revert the changes easily.

3. Close the Registry Editor and Refresh the Windows Explorer.

1. Click on Start.
2. Type CERTMGR.MSC in start search box and press Enter.

The easiest way to do this is with a local group policy.

To do this, go to your local group policy editor (Click Start, type gpedit.msc in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.)

Once this is loaded, go to the following path: Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Scripts (Startup/Shutdown) > Shutdown (See Below)

I also did the following:
Run -> GPEdit.msc
Now go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Driver Installation -> Code signing for drivers
Click on "Disabled", then on "OK".
