Tasks:
Siebel Specialist is a broad role covering entire CRM area within Telecommunication Company
•Support setup of CRM processes enabled and supported by the software package
•Configure/change configuration within Siebel application
•User Interfaces
•Workflows and Reports based on the requirement
•good understanding of Siebel application, CRM processes, data modeling and VB/eScript programming skills
•strong understanding of telecommunication processes
•The role is expected to function with only general supervision.
•Gathering and clarification of functional and technical requirements
•Analysis, design and implementation of changes in Siebel application based on the specification in the customer/maintenance requirements
•Preparation and continuous update of all required documents
•Participation in testing and acceptance process
•Recommendations to the client on matters of effective utilization of software package's features

Requirements of candidates:
Fluent english language, German language is an advantage
•Deep knowledge of Siebel (or other CRM) application and CRM processes (Order Management, SFA, Call Center, Campaigns, Reporting, …)
•Experience with IT operational processes
•Experience with handling database interactions (SQL statements, DML)
•Testing experience
•At least 3 years work experience in IT
•Knowledge of Telco architecture and experience with key areas within Telecommunication Company (CRM, Rating, Billing, Mediation, Middleware, Provisioning ...) is an advantage
•Willingness to travel
•Eagerness to learn
