vsak v tom je ten problem zadas cestu a on ignoruje ostatne cesty ako C:
ale na jednom fore to vyriesili:
1) Open the Registry Editor.
If you do not already have a shortcut somewhere, use Run and enter RegEdit.
The simplest way is to use the Edit menu, Find option, start from the top of the Registry, and search for:
ProgramFilesDir
This should take you to Registry entry location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version
with the value of ProgramFilesDir = C:\Program Files
With "ProgramFilesDir" selected (highlighted), use Edit menu, Modify option to TEMPORALLY change the value of ProgramFilesDir to the drive where you want Perseus Mandate to install. Remember you are going to replace the prefix of the install path from C:\Program Files to the new PATH.
EXAMPLES:
Use E:\ if you want the install to be from the root of E:
Use E:\Games if the folder "Games" ALREADY exists and you wish to install under that folder
For the last example, ProgramFilesDir = E:\Games
Close the Registry Editor.
2) Now insert the Perseus Mandate CD to start installation. When you get to the install location dialog you should see the path with the prefix set for ProgramFilesDir, and the install will complete correctly.
After the install completes, DO NOT START THE GAME!
3) Open the Registry Editor again and reset ProgramFilesDir = C:\Program Files
Close the editor AND REBOOT YOUR SYSTEM.
4) There will be one small problem remaining.
_All_ shortcuts to game EXE files still used "Target" with "C:\Program Files" and not the path to where the game was actually installed. The "Start in" location will be correct. So you have to edit the "Target" = "Start in."
