CYCLAD is a dynamically developing IT consulting company, operating on the European market. The company’s main fields of activities are highly specialized services of Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), IT Outsourcing (ITO) as well as Audit/Consulting provided also in accordance with the newest Offshore / Nearshore tendencies.
CYCLAD mission is to provide services in the extent of information technology on the highest level, while looking after the development and the professional fulfilment of the consultants. Since 2007 the team of CYCLAD specialists remain at the disposal of clients and partners in the extent of four business branches: IT systems security, IT infrastructure management, ERP systems and development.

Job Description:
Person hired on this position will be responsible for on-site support of IT infrastructure and proximity services and also for configuration and installation of PC hardware and software.
Job requirements:
- Resolution of tickets transferred from servicedesk
- PC renewal/ Movements
- Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting
- OS images creation/ deployment
- Application deployment
- Printers installation/ troubleshooting
- Fixed Telephony – basic troubleshooting, patching
