Tasks:
Responsible for application development using TIBCO AMX, BE, EMS, and Java and active involvement in the design, development and implementation cycles of the project
Produce technical requirements, test and implementation plans, and project task documentation for new implementations or changes to system
Produce and update necessary system monitoring and recovery documentation as required
Design, develop and execute test scenarios, and full life cycle end-to-end testing & perform function verification tests
Participate in root cause analysis.
Execute Quality Assurance, testing & defect tracking process, tools, methodologies and procedures
Defining the architecture and overall solution design of large/complex projects based on SOA principles
Design the project that uses multiple technologies like security, portals, integration etc.
Work as lead architect taking architectural and design decisions
Identify and design reusable services
Providing technical leadership and expertise
Single point of contact for all technical needs

Requirements of candidates:
Fluent english language, German language is an advantage
Experience with Service Oriented Integration ESB, SOA, Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, BPM technologies
Good understanding of EAI & BPM concepts and TIBCO technologies
Development/Deployment/Testing in EAI technologies such as TIBCO, webMethods, Oracle SOA suite,
Proficient programming skills in one or more of the following: Java / J2EE (JMS, JCA) / C++ / CORBA
Experience with source code version control using VSS, CVS or similar tools
Experience with creating design documentation based on requirements
Ability to work on projects that have enterprise wide visibility that cut across divisional and organizational boundaries
Ability in leading the team of specialists
Should have good knowledge of service design principles
Good experience in applying architectural and design patterns
