BUSINESS INTELIGENCE DESIGNER
Contract : full time
Company based in Bratislava, Slovakia
Salary: Upon agreement

International company active in management consulting, technological services and outsourcing.
Tasks:
Conceptual design of datawarehouse and data model
Identifying dimensions and subject areas
Implementation of the BI solution on different kinds of GUI such as ASP.NET web sites, SharePoint or MS Excel 2010
Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work

Requirements of candidates:
Fluent english language, German language is an advantage
• T-SQL
• MS SQL Server 2005/2008 programmability and basic administration ( managing indexes, maintenance plans and jobs )
• Familiar with MS Business Intelligence studio features
• Integration Services ( implementing control / data flows, scripting flows using C# )
• Reporting Services ( report implementation using MS Business Intelligence studio / ReportBuilder 3.0 )
• Analysis Services ( cube, dimensions, calculactions and KPI design and implementation )
• Multidimensional Expression language ( MDX )
• Data modelling with UML
• Excel PowerPivot 2010
Nice to have:
• Data Mining fundamentals
• CLR integration with SQL Server
• Accessing database directly from ASP.NET / WPF ( ADO.NET, LinqToSql, Entity Framework )
• Accessing Reporting Services reports programmatically
• Performance Management fundamentals with Sharepoint 2010 PerformancePoint services
• Developing KPI's, reports, scorecards and dashboards with Sharepoint 2010 PerformancePoint services
